Aspira Spa
  • Aesthetician/Esthetician
    • The Aspira Spa within The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking experienced, part-time Aestheticians with an exceptional focus on guest service. Responsibilities of this position include providing various spa skin care services consistent with the Spa’s standards including facials, waxing services, and professional skin care services designed to provide a customized service for our guests within a team environment.

      Qualified candidates must be currently licensed by the State of Wisconsin in Aesthetics, have a professional demeanor, and consistently offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude. A comfort level with selling spa products, and promoting spa services is an essential function of this position along with the ability to assist with maintaining overall appointment scheduling. This position requires the individual to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach forward, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Concierge Associate
    • The Aspira Spa within The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking a customer-orientated individual to join our team as a Concierge Associate. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities of this position include greeting clients, promoting and explaining spa services and retail products to clients, embracing and promoting the Aspira Spa philosophy and culture through tours and rituals, attending to guests and their needs, light maintenance and housekeeping of spa and working within a team environment. Qualified candidates must have a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours, a strong customer service orientation, and computer skills are required.   • Cosmetologist
    • The Aspira Spa within The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking experienced, part-time Cosmetologists with an exceptional focus on guest service. Responsibilities of this position include providing various salon services including haircuts, color treatments, styling services, manicures, and pedicures designed to provide a customized service for our guests within a team environment.

      Qualified candidates must be currently licensed by the State of Wisconsin's Cosmetology Board, have a professional demeanor, and consistently offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude.   • Front Desk Associate
    • Aspira Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. This individual is responsible for ensuring positive and friendly guest relations, check-in spa guests courteously and efficiently, process all payments according to established spa requirements, and provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.

      Qualified candidates will:

  • Laundry Attendant/Housekeeping
    • Aspira Spa is currently hiring a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented individual as a Spa Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper. This individual will provide clean linens throughout the spa and to maintain deep cleaning within the spa treatment rooms.

      Our Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for sorting, loading/unloading, and folding spa linens. He or she will also monitor inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to Lead Concierge, maintain all laundry equipment and inform Spa Director as to any maintenance needs, and perform additional laundry services when necessary.

      In addition, the Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper will deep clean and arrange treatment rooms to Aspira Spa standards, including cleaning and checking common areas of the spa.

  • Massage Therapist
    • Join our professional team as a part-time Massage Therapist at the award-winning, full service Aspira Spa, located within The Osthoff Resort. This Position requires the ability to provide a complete range of traditional and signature massage and body treatments which are designed to soothe the mind, body, and soul. Massage therapists must embrace and understand the benefits of massage therapy and provide our guests with an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must have a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively. Additionally, the ideal candidate will offer flexible availability. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Spa Café Server
    • Aspira Spa is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can provide a memorable guest experience. If you are a results-oriented sales person that thrives on achieving goals and providing world-class customer service, we would like to hear from you!

      Our Spa Café Server is responsible for making specialty drinks to order (such as smoothies and fresh squeezed juices), ensuring that requested food and drink orders are made accurately and in a timely fashion, maintaining full levels of food & beverage within the spa amenities, and preparing food orders based on the needs of the day. In addition, the Spa Café Server will maintain, stock, and clean the café; monitor inventory to ensure menu availability; and provide customer service including answering questions on menu options as well as spa services and general information.

  • Banquet Line Cook
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, service–focused individual to join our team as a Banquet Line Cook in the Banquet Kitchen. Our Line Cooks are responsible for slicing, chopping, grilling, searing, and plating food items as well as stocking and organizing work stations, and maintaining a smooth flow of service during high-volume dining times. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of food service experience and strong knife skills. An ideal individual would have, or be seeking a culinary degree. Strong communication and organizational skills are also strongly desired. This is a part-time position covering primarily weekend evenings.
  • Breakfast Line Cook
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, culinary-focused individual to join our team as a Breakfast Line Cook in our Otto’s Kitchen! Our Line Cooks are responsible for setting up cooking lines, stocking and organizing work stations, and maintaining a smooth flow of service during high-volume service hours. Candidates must have at least one year of experience preparing menu items to order, with a focus on plating and presentation. Prior Line experience is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are also strongly desired. Successful candidates should have experience setting up cooking lines, stocking, and organizing work stations for breakfast/lunch service, as well as, a flexible schedule with daytime and weekend availability.
  • Dishwasher/Steward
    • The Osthoff Resort is hiring to fill the position of Steward/Dishwasher. Our Stewards are responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation of all dishes, pans, utensils, etc., as well as the entire work area according to resort, local, and state standards during high-volume service hours. Stewards also assist the culinary staff with prep work and plating on occasion. 

      A Candidate for this position must be able to lift/carry and push/pull up to 40 pounds and work well in a team environment. This position requires the associate to be on his or her feet for up to 8 hours each day and involves bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, walking, reaching , and kneeling. This is a part time position, and the ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and work with others as well as independently within a fast-paced environment. This position requires availability on weekdays and weekends.
  • Lola's Line Cook
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, culinary-focused individual to join our team as a Line Cook in Lola's on the Lake. Our Line Cooks are responsible for setting up cooking lines, stocking and organizing work stations, and maintaining a smooth flow of service during high-volume service hours. Candidate must have at least one year of experience preparing menu items to order, with a focus on plating and presentation. Prior Line experience is required.   • Pastry Cook
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, culinary-focused individual to join our team as a Pastry Cook in our pastry department. Our Pastry Cooks are responsible for the daily prep for the outlet kitchens. This may include making cakes, muffins, sweet breads, yeasted dough, sauces, and fillings. Candidates must have strong attention to detail to ensure high quality product according to recipe, proper portioning, and presented visually pleasing. Prior pastry experience is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are also strongly desired. Successful candidates have a passion and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques as well as, a flexible schedule with daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
  • Otto’s Line Cook
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, service–focused individual to join our team as a daytime Line Cook in Otto’s Restaurant. Our Line Cooks are responsible for preparing a’la carte menu items, setting up cooking lines, stocking and organizing work stations, and maintaining a smooth flow of service during high-volume dining times. Qualified candidates must have at least six months of prior line experience working in a dining establishment. A culinary degree and ServSafe certification are preferred, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills are also strongly desired. This is a part-time position, and candidates must be able to work 32 hours per week covering various shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Otto’s Sous Chef
    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our culinary staff as Otto’s Sous Chef. This position reports directly to the Executive Chef and will be responsible for managing the daily culinary operations of Otto’s Restaurant. This position will supervise and support the kitchen operation and production, mentor kitchen staff, oversee staff scheduling, and have a hands on involvement with preparation and execution of each menu item, inventory control, food/labor cost, and kitchen sanitation.

      Qualified candidates must have at least four years of experience working within a high volume kitchen, and a current Serve Safe certification. A culinary degree would be preferred, but not required with a comparable work experience. Candidate must be highly organized, an effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, a strong leader, and must have a flexible schedule including availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Monday through Sundays.

    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking experienced bartenders for our Banquet areas. Our Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent beverage service to our guests while fostering a relaxing atmosphere. Qualified candidates for this position should have prior bartending experience and excellent knowledge of wines and wine service, beer and mixed drinks. Applicants should also have exceptional customer-service skills and an outgoing personality. This is a part-time position which offers a flexible evening and weekend schedule. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a license to serve alcohol.
  • Banquet Server
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking efficient, talented, and customer focused individuals to join our team as a Banquet Server. As a Banquet Server, you will deliver a high level of banquet service according to standards of management and AAA Four Diamond Standards. Banquet Servers will execute a high caliber of service to clients before, during, and after banquet functions. Including preparing and set up of function, service and bussing of function, and proper cleaning, sanitation, and return of all equipment after functions are completed. Qualified candidates must have customer service experience and the ability to demonstrate initiative and maintain professional demeanor. Banquet service and/or serving experience is a plus. Candidate must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Banquet Set-up
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an efficient, detail oriented, and guest focused individual to join our team as a Banquet Set-Up Associate. As a Banquet Set-Up Associate, you are responsible for accurate set-up and teardown of all meeting and catered functions according to BEO specifications, ensuring that all required items are in place prior to each event; as well as cleaning pre-function areas on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must be capable of lifting, moving, and storing all furniture and equipment needed for setting up and tearing down banquet functions including tables, chairs, podiums, dance floors, equipment, etc. An ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule with daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
  • Elk Room Lounge Bartender
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking bartenders to join our team as a Bartender in our eloquent bar/coffee shop, The Elk Room Lounge. Our Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent beverage service to our guests while fostering a relaxing and fun atmosphere. Prior bartending experience is preferred, but not required. Qualified candidates for this position should have the willingness to learn about wines, beer, and mixed drinks. Exceptional customer service, and an outgoing/engaging personality are required. Being that it is a coffee shop as well, applicants must be willing to learn how to make coffee drinks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and able to obtain a liquor license to serve alcohol. The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule of weekend afternoon and evening with some weekday afternoon and evening availability. Applicants must also being willing to work late nights, possibly 2 a.m. or later.

    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Lola's on the Lake as a Lead Bartender! Our Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent beverage service to our guests while fostering a relaxing atmosphere. This position requires the ability to interact with guests, while efficiently taking orders, and serving food and drinks. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining a clean bar, restocking and replenishing of bar inventory and supplies including glassware, liquor, beer, wine and cut fruit and garnishes. Qualified candidates for this position should have 2 years of bartending experience and excellent knowledge of wines and wine service, beer, and mixed drinks.   • Lola’s on the Lake Busser
    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking an efficient, customer-orientated individual to join our team as a Busser at our fine dining restaurant, Lola’s on the Lake. The Busser is responsible for maintaining the dining area; clearing and resetting tables and taking dishes to the kitchen area. The restaurant Busser stocks bus stations, cleans glassware, and refills drinks. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to stand and walk for a period of up to 8 hours, as well as the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Lola’s on the Lake Host/Hostess
    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking an efficient, customer-orientated individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at our fine dining restaurant, Lola’s on the Lake. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner and escorting guests to tables as well as monitoring guest needs.     • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, detail-orientated individual to join our team as the Lola’s on the Lake Restaurant Manager. Lola’s on the Lake restaurant is a 120+ seat restaurant, which focuses on elegant seed to table dining, offering both lunch and dinner daily as well as a Sunday European Brunch.

      The Lola’s on the Lake Restaurant Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the front of the house, while cohesively managing the entire restaurant with the Culinary Manager.

      The Restaurant Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
      • Selecting, scheduling, training, and managing all Lola’s on the Lake front of the house staff.
      • Developing and implementing short-term and long-term financial and operational plans for the outlet, in coordination with the Director of Dining, assuring it supports the overall objectives of the department and company.
      • Forecasting, implementing, monitoring and controlling the outlet budget and its components (labor costs, beverage costs, supplies, equipment, etc.) to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
      • Assisting staff on the day to day operations of the Restaurant and the servicing of our guests.
      • Responding to customer trends, needs, issues and comments by establishing a floor presence with guests, touching tables to ensure a quality experience and to enhance the dining experience of our guests.

      To be considered for this position, the candidate must have four years of proven managerial skills and experience in a fine dining restaurant with the service of food and various alcoholic beverages. Candidate must be organized, detail orientated, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel/Word/Outlook) and POS systems.   • Otto’s Host/Hostess

Otto’s encompasses many front of house areas including the restaurant, bar, lakeview dining, room service, amenities, patio dining, and poolside service.

      The Otto’s Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising and participating in all front of house duties as required by day to day operations of the Otto’s Restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in the selecting, scheduling, training, and managing staff for the efficient operation of the outlet alongside the Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will implement departmental policies and procedures to staff, be responsible for the opening and/or closing of the restaurant, detail, communicate, and implement group events within the restaurant, and assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving restaurant goals and objectives.

      To be considered for this position, the candidate must have two years of previous restaurant experience in a supervisory role.   • Bell Attendant
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking a customer-service focused individual to join our team as a member of our Bell Attendant Staff. Our Bell Attendant’s work together with the Front Desk to ensure our guests receive hospitable, AAA Four Diamond service upon arrival, at check out, and throughout their entire stay. Eligible candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have a valid driver’s license. This is an evening, year-round position with our resort which includes weekdays, weekends, and a rotating holiday schedule.

  • Security Associate
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking a qualified individual to join our Front Office team as a Security Associate. This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager, and is responsible for providing AAA Four-Diamond guest service. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, making hotel reservations, cash handling, answering phones, and ensuring the Resort is secure.     • The Osthoff Resort is seeking a qualified, friendly, customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Van Driver! This position is seasonal, working between the months of June- September. As a Van Driver, you will be driving a large van with the main responsibilities of transporting international employees to and from local destinations, controlling keys, and following specified driving procedures. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be 25 years or older, have the ability to work independently, and have a flexible schedule with daytime, evening, weekend and Holiday availability.

  • Gift Shoppe Associate
    • The Osthoff Resort is now hiring a part-time friendly, customer service oriented, team player for The Osthoff Resort's Gift Shoppe. The ideal Retail Associate will be a service-oriented salesperson to assist guests, run cash register, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store for day, evening, and/or weekend shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Grounds & Facilities
  • Groundskeeper
    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Grounds Crew as a Groundskeeper. This position is seasonal, and as a Groundskeeper, you will help maintain the maintenance of our resort’s grounds, parking lots, and gardens. The responsibility of our Grounds Crew is to create and maintain the aesthetic appeal for the resort. Qualified candidates must have experience in various types of lawn and turf equipment for landscape, hardscape, planting bed, and turf maintenance. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well with others, and have a broad knowledge of grounds and plant care. This candidate must be able to take and give direction, and work independently. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Landscape Technician
    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Grounds Crew as a Landscape Technician. This position is a year-round role that maintains the maintenance of our resort’s grounds, parking lots, and gardens. Qualified candidates must have experience including but not limited to: hard surface maintenance, mowing, planting, watering, pruning, weeding, pesticide applications, turf irrigation, holiday lighting and décor’, hardscape installation, and snow removal. To be considered for this exciting role, candidates must have a broad knowledge of grounds, turf, and plant care with at least two years landscape experience or related education. Commercial Pesticide Applicator Category 003.0 Turf & Landscape Certification is a plus or must be obtained within first year of employment. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate all grounds machinery. The ability to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on landscape equipment is highly recommended. The ideal candidate would have the availability to work weekends throughout the year and be on-call for snow removal during winter months.   • Watersports
    • The Osthoff Resort is currently seeking a qualified friendly, individual to join our Watersports team as a Watersports Crew member! This position is seasonal, and as part of the Watersports crew, you will be help clean and maintain boats, piers, and grounds. Our Water Sports staff works with in-house guests and groups as well as walk-up guests to provide boat and sports equipment rentals. Applicants should have a strong sense of responsibility and have prior customer service experience.

Our 1st Shift Laundry Attendants are responsible for sorting laundry, loading and emptying washing machines and dryers, folding, ironing, and cleaning the work environment as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, and work with others as well as independently within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to, having the ability to be on his or her feet for up to 8 hours each day, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, ascending and descending stairs, and kneeling.

The Closet Stocker is responsible for transporting and stocking clean linens from our Laundry department to our housekeeping closets. As a Closet Stocker you will help with simple tasks in our laundry department, and assist with folding, sorting and ironing linens. This position requires the associate to be on his or her feet for up to 8 hours, involves bending and lifting up to 50 pounds, ascending and descending stairs, and kneeling. This is a part-time position, and the ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and work with others, as well as independently, within a fast-paced environment.   • Houseperson
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, and guest focused individuals to join our team as a Houseperson. The Houseperson position is responsible for collecting linens from the guest rooms, transporting them to our in-house laundry facility, maintaining the cleanliness of an assigned area within the Resort.

  • Night Runner
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an efficient, detail oriented, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Night Runner. The Night Runner position works within the Housekeeping department between the hours of 4:00p.m. - Midnight. This individual performs general cleaning duties in the public areas of the resort, as well as public restrooms. The Night Runner also provides housekeeping assistance to guest suites when requested. In addition, this position stocks, maintains, and prepares the Housekeeping department for the following day. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and work well with others as well as work independently. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule and weekend availability. This job requires the individual to stand, walk, bend, reach forward and over the shoulder, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Room Attendant

Information Technology
  • Senior Network Administrator
    • The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, detail-orientated individual to join our team as the Senior Network Administrator. The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the Microsoft Windows Server environment, including Active Directory and hardware. In addition, this position will share responsibility for the overall network configuration as well as troubleshooting problems and assisting the IT Manager with projects as needed.

      To be considered for this position, the candidate must have five years of Windows Server experience, network administration, or related experience. Candidate must have a high level understanding of networking, Windows server environments, and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Qualified candidates must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a flexible schedule year-round as it is part of an on-call rotation.

      The Senior Network Administrator position is a Full-Time position which includes eligibility for our complete benefit package, as well as resort-wide discounts. Compensation will be based on experience.
