The Osthoff Resort hosts many special events during the year that guests may choose from. Our Big Band Gala and Harvest Moon Ball are special weekends that are dedicated to music and dancing, harkening back to the Big Band era. Our annual Jazz on the Vine festival takes place over Mother's Day weekend and features world-renowned jazz performers, samplings of over 100 eclectic international and domestic wines, and sophisticated cuisine. The holidays are an especially wonderful time at The Osthoff Resort! Bountiful buffets for Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, children's Easter and Christmas workshops, and special yuletide events, such as our St. Nicholas Brunch (with real live reindeer!), Breakfast with Santa Claus, and horse-drawn haywagon rides offer activities for the whole family to join in together. Our annual Old World Christmas Market is reminiscent of the centuries-old Christkindlesmarkt of Nüremberg, Germany featuring over 80 international and regional artisans displaying their specialty giftware.
